Returns & Refund Policy

My products

All of my products are individually handmade by me. Due to the nature of handmade items, each design may differ slightly due to the products used and the uniqueness of the materials.  

Seaglass all have different shapes and sizes and that’s what make your purchase unique.  I may use acrylic paints to enhance the colour of a piece if you have requested this. All pieces are finished with a protective lacquer to help maintain its shine, this may fade over time.

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, I only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was sent

Delivery

The website  is currently set up  for UK     shipping only. All items (unless otherwise advised) will be shipped within 7 days of ordering. If this cannot be achieved for any reason, I will contact you and advise when your order will be posted.

Each item sent is posted by courier so will have a tracking number. Please let me know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time and I will track this for you.

Care

At Seaglass By Flinn I go to great lengths to ensure the best quality items. My products are best kept out of direct sunlight to avoid fading and also would not be suitable for damp areas (ie a bathroom).

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you about your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Custom or personailised pieces (with names, dates, or bespoke designs) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
